Just a little update...

So... summer is already flying by! Where has the time gone... and more importantly what have I done to consume my time?.. Well here are just a few:

Mexico!
Best trip of my life. We spent all day most days on the BEACH! Just baksing in the hot mexican sun,or enjoying pinneaple popsicles from the cute little man pushing his freezer thing, or taking walks on the beach in the day or night, or riding some sick waves on the little floaty, or attempting to paddle out farther than 2 feet in the kyack or little boat to end up laughing our heads off as we slip gracefully into the water after hitting each other in the head with the oars (Saryn and I could teach you the tricks of being graceful 24/7 ;) the boys were impressed to say the least, or searching a 5 mile radius for sand dollars (we were very successfull!). We also ventured into town to go shopping for the famous mexican jewelery and enjoy a night at the delicious Chicken Shack. We stayed in a gorgeous beach house just right off the beach that made the time we spent indoors very enjoyable. Oh... and us girls might have had a memorable nightly adventure in our towels if you catch my hint ;)

The group :)

ANTM... yeah we were all recruited thanks for asking.

I couldn't figure out how to turn this... but this is our house

raft adventures...

Next, The Queen of the Dairy

yes I am currently employed here. haha laugh if you please, let's just say that I'm really glad I'm going to college so I don't have to work here the rest of my life... although it is nice that I just work up front so I don't have to flip burgers or anything, just take orders and make ice cream. The crew is so nice and everyone is so willing to help my inexperienced self learn all the tricks!

Next, SW. for you gangstas like myself or for those of you less educated it is called Stadium Way. I am officially moving out in August to a super cute little apartment right by SUU with my darling friend Kierra Dotson! We will be living with four other strangers.. which we are nervous about but thats what college is all about right? SW is fully equipped with a sand volleyball court, a large hot tub, free tanning beds, and a clubhouse with big screen TV's, pool table etc. As for the actual apartments we have all that we will need and can't even wait to move in! I'm so excited to decorate it and have my own little space, plus the atmosphere seems great and we are so ready to party ;)

Well, thats the latest... many summer adventues still to come :)

I LOVE SUMMER!!

It's Official

I am a high school graduate!
And Seminary...
That seems so crazy to say but thank heavens it is true! I don't think it has hit me yet that I am not going back, but I absolutely can't wait to start on the future! Senior year was so unexpectedly the best year of high school. At the beginning I wanted to drop out because all my friends had graduated... but of course things worked out :) I was able to meet some new people and get really close to friends I otherwise wouldn't have. We established our little group and did absolutely everything together, we had so many good memories. And this is just the beginning... I can't wait for all the new exciting memories to come! I'm going to (sort of) miss good ole Cedar High.. but as for now tata Home of the Redmen!

School's out for SUMMER!

I'm looking forward to alot of this....

while in MEXICO!!!

With all of them....

And a few more :)

We leave four A.M. tomorrow morn! Beach in t minus 18 hours!

For the Love of the Game

Well, for those of you who don't know, I love softball. Really love it! I've played it ever since I was somewhat capable to hit a ball off of a tee. It has filled my spring, summer, and all the other months just preparing for season for 14 years. And now, my love affair with this sport is being forced to end... Well alright not my love for it but my chance to play it. Next weekend is the State Tournament of my Senior year. Then just like that, it's over. I couldn't have asked for a better ending to a pastime that has added so much to my life and the person I am. My senior season has rocked! So here's to the end.... No excuses. No regrets. Every pitch like it's the last. Or in Coach Steve Jensen's words "Play like your hair is on fire! Leave it all on the field."

Country Music.

Okay. I LOVE it. period. It's quite simple. I love country music. There isn't one thing about it I don't just absolutely adore. I don't know if it is it's way of telling a story of a country life, the hot men who sing it, or that fact that it's what I've grown up on but I just never get tired of it. There is nothing better than jamming out to some good old country music where ever you are! I love relating to it and then secretly (or openly) wanting to marry every single country man! Don't worry Brad (yes I'm on a first name basis), I'm still holding out for you even though you are married... and Easton you too :) Oh and course Carrie is the best there is. the end.

What's not to love?

Dear Cedar High School,

You are wearing me out. I'm tired of waking up early and coming into your old doors to sit in classrooms, do pointless assignments, be immersed in the lovely drama that seems to seep out of your seams, and supposedly "prepare myself for my future". Everyday this is my life.... I'm afraid because I do this everyday, I have developed a critical case of senioritis. d: noun. 1. a medical condition usually aquired by high school seniors. Symptoms consist of never wanting to go to class, slacking on necessary study habits, and wishing nothing else than to be grown up and go to the ever esteemed, ever looked forward to, college.

However, Cedar High, I love coming everyday and meeting my friends by the lockers in which a picture of the one and only Brad Paisley hangs, I love playing sports where my uniform holds your beloved name, I love not having to make all the serious lifetime decisions yet because I am hidden by your innocence. I love thinking that I'm making memories that I will remember the rest of my life.

So. Home of the Redmen, I am having mixed feelings about you. Your end is coming soon. Am I ready? All I want to say is that to be able to keep my feelings in the prior paragraph your Graduation needs to come SOON! I think?......

Let's see... December. Christmas/Cruise. Life.

Wow, it's been a while yet life is still great as ever! December always seems to fly by and now-welcome 2010! I can't believe I graduate this year! It always seemed to be so far away, and now I'm writing it on papers daily! For Christmas our family went on a cruise to Cabo for 5 days :) It was so so nice to get out of the freezing weather and soak up some sun! Although it did ran one of the days in Cabo, but hey it made it an adventure! We had two days on the boat and two days at Cabo. The first day because of the rain we ended up just shopping and exploring the town. It consisted of alot of "Hola Amiga! For you I make a deal, best price of the day" haha of course we took the oppertunity and loaded up with some mexico souveniers. The second day, we went to Chileno Bay for a day of snokeling and being a beach bum. It was so fun there were quite a lot of fish and they would swim so close to you! It kinda gave me the willies! All in all it was a fabulous trip and I loved spending time with my family! Oh and not to forget eating absolutely non stop. Pretty sure I had an ice cream cone at least 3 times a day :) Christmas was the best, not to mention not having school for 2 weeks! During the break, our group of friends had an Ugly Sweater Day and went bowling! We found bountious amounts of sweaters at the DI and probably picked the some of ugliest ones. We got home and New Years Eve in time to ring in the new year. Oh! also a littel later a bunch of friends and I went Ice Skating at the new rink in St. Geezie! It was such a blast for something new and of course we topped the night off with dinner at OG :) I highly recommend taking a road trip and putting on some skates! As for January it has completely been a blur. wow I can't believe it is half way over! School is keeping me super super busy but thank goodness second quarter is now officially over! We also started lifting and hitting in the basement for softball. I absolutely can not wait for this season! ... it's my last, I have looked forward to this season for practically my whole life! We have amazing coaches and I think our team is going to carry on the tradition of dominating the state of Utah! As always my friends are there with me every step of the way and we are always coming up with something crazy to do. I couldn't go from day to day without them! It's been different this year and I really miss all the goodtimes with some good college friends that I don't get to see very much but I know we will always be friends :) Also there could not be a better family to put up with my craziness every day Love them :) I am so Blessed it's crazy! Down hill slope baby! can't wait!

Manager's for the boy's basketball team :) Love them!

Can you say ugly? Mine was definitely the best ;)

Lunch with some of my favorite girls! So good to catch up!

While in San Diego we went and did Baptisms as a family. It is the most

gorgeous temple! Meet me there in five years? ;)
